What vitamins are goog for nails,hair and skin?

I take b-compplex almost everyday, a multi-vit and sometimes fish oil. I had very strong nails for a while, but all of a sudden ever since last month they have became very weak and fragile. and even after i file them and clip them very short they still break??? what could be the sudden cause? i also did not change my diet l always eat a lot of healthy food. at walmart they have a product called hair skin and nails in the vitamin section try that it works really good tastes really bad so dont lick it just swallow it and i think they are about 6.00 and the bottle is brown with a pink label oh and not enough calcium is the root of your nail problems
My daughters drinks JELLO water every day. Her hair and nails grow so fast and are beautifully shiny and nails are nice also.

to be completely honest.....Prenatal Vitamins. They are loaded with all the vitamins you need, and they aren't harmful when you aren't pregnant. They make your hair and nails grow like crazy =)
