How do you get your nails to grow faster?

well since your nails are proteins you could take biotin vitamins the are protein so they are good for your nails, hair, and skin or u can get nail polish that helps make them grow faster it is like green tea or something its clear and it really works you can get it any where you get nail polish

sally nail polish works very good and they also have clear polish, it looks like a pink clear in the bottle that works good to make your finger nails thicker to grow faster. I get my nails done all the time and i feel that when you get acrylic done that your nails grow fast and when you take them off after like 3 weeks they are very long, but it depends on what you want to spend! the polish costs like 3 dollars at walmart! just make sure you use the good nail polish remover thats made for growing nails long otherwise they get very brittle!, hope this helps :)How do you get your nails to grow faster?

I will assume the latter because, medically, there really is no way to speed up the rate of growth. I used to have nails that peeled, split both across the width of the nail, and sometimes even down the length of the nail. If you pushed on the nail tip, the nail actually bent! If I washed a pair of stockings without rubber gloves my nails broke! I lived in a soft water area, but my nails did not improve after moving to a hard water area. I tried gelatin capsules, apple cider vinegar, olive oil soaks, expensive nail/hand creams, etc.





NO MORE! In June '05, someone suggested I try Rejuvacote, made by Duri. It's expensive - $12 per bottle, but it works. Apply a coat as a base coat, then your regular polish. If you prefer colourlesss polish as I do, then put on 2 coats. Each night, just before bedtime, apply a coat. It dries almost immediately. After a week, remove the polish and repeat the above process. My nails are so long and hard now that I can't believe it. My nails always look like I just had an expensive manicure! And, because they no longer break, it seems as if they are growing at a fantastic rate. In fact, I have to file them every 3rd day!';
I dont think your nails can grow faster but they can look longer by buying fake nails you can find them at claires or at any nail salon!
Um...Okay, now who's dumb. I'd say stop clipping them! ;]
