I have this one type of nail polish that makes them grow faster, and it really works. I got it from Avon.





as for the movie, I wouldn't know, I don't like horror movies and as for sad ones, I have no idea what to suggest.
Try adding more calcium to your diet - milk, cheese etc.





As for movies THE DESCENT is a fantastic horror film about a group of women exploring some caves... very spooky and cool.


As for sad movies try BEACHES, it's about two girls who grow up as best friends and then grow apart and it has such a sad ending.
