You can't. You know that. It's been asked every day for ages, and you have read all those answers, haven't you??





It all comes from within. It was all programmed before you were born. As long as you are in excellent health, your hair and nails will be the best that they can be. You can always use artificial nails and hair... but there are some problems with that as well.
I've tried everything in the book, and the only thing that worked for me was biotin. It's pretty cheap.
